Mary Boyer Obituary

Mary passed away peacefully at the hospice in Perrysburg with her husband, Danny, by her side. She was born to Gerald and Loretta (Butler) Tenney in Sylvania, Ohio. Mary grew up in Sylvania, where she graduated from Northview High School. Mary started working at an early age; she enjoyed her work as a nurse's aide at Villa North for many years. Later she went on to work for Kingston; taking care of people was something she was very passionate about.
Mary loved spending time with her family. She loved the water, from soaking up the sun in swimming pools, to enjoying the many boat adventures she went on with her husband. She loved her dogs and cats, of which she rescued many over the years. One of her favorite past-times was camping at Sunny's with her family and going for golf cart rides. She was a devoted wife, sister, and aunt who will be deeply missed by all.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Sandy; and brother, Billy. She is survived by her loving husband of almost 53 years, Danny; brothers, Danny, John (Angie), and Gerald. The family will be having a private memorial. In Mary's honor please consider making a donation to the Toledo Humane Society.
