Mary Jane
Mary Jane Gribbin, age 80, of Toledo, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, where she was surrounded by her family. She was born on March 24, 1935, to Michael and Mary (Pawliski) Solek in Toledo. For nearly 30 years, she owned and operated Mr. G's Pizza with her husband, Joe and their children. Mary Jane's grandchildren affectionately called her, "Grandma Bingo" for her love of playing bingo and playing the lottery. Mary Jane made her home welcoming and comfortable to not only her family and friends but to just about anyone, they will all miss this memory.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Jane (John) Mulherin, Collin Gribbin, Marilyn (Stephen) Plaine, Corrine Busch (Russ Snyder) and Paul (Jackie) Gribbin; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and canine companion, Lily. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe.
The family will receive guests on Saturday, May 16, 2015, form 2-6 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300). Funeral Services will begin in the funeral home at 6 p.m.
