Matthew C.
Matthew C. Hahn, age 28, passed away suddenly on Thursday, July 24, 2014. Matt was born in Toledo on August 15, 1985. He was a handyman and willing to help anyone.
Matt is survived by his parents, Peggy and Matt Hahn; brother, Mark; grandparents, Chuck and Pat Grabarczyk; great-grandmother, Mary Jane Saar; Godparents, Charles (Sandy) Grabarczyk and Barbara Scott, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Walter and Myrtle Hahn.
There will be no services. Arrangements by the W.K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home.

You will be missed by many. I still can't believe your gone. My heart aches for your parents and all your loved ones left behind. May god bless your families with all the support they need. I just had talked to Matthew the other day and all he talked about was how much he loved DJ...they were so close. Wish we could rewind time to bring you back!
