Michael Gordon Obituary
Dr. Michael A. Gordon, 74, passed away Friday, October 3, 2025, at Toledo Hospital. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elaine (Selden) Gordon.
Surviving is his loving wife of 50 years, Catherine (Skilliter) Gordon; son, Rabbi Andrew (Brian ten Siethoff) Gordon; daughter, Dr. Rebecca (Scott) Sandler; and grandchildren, Caleb Gordon, Ryan Sandler, and Jared Sandler. He is also survived by his father, Robert Gordon; brothers, Jonathan (Susan) Gordon and Daniel (Roberta) Gordon; and many nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at 11:30 a.m., at Temple Shomer Emunim, 6453 W. Sylvania Ave, Sylvania, OH 43560, followed by interment at Woodlawn Cemetery.

Dr. Gordon was my rheumatologist for years and was helpful and took good care of me. I was sorry when he retired.

What a shame. He was a great doctor. I could not replace him. He retired to spend more time with his family. We were both bird watchers and loved to talk about birds we saw.
