Helen Slusarczyk Obituary

Slusarczyk, Helen M. (nee Kudlacz), age 88, late of Hegewisch, IL passed away Thursday, May 19, 2011. She was the beloved wife of the late William S. Slusarczyk. Loving mother of Patricia (Robert) Ziemek, the late William (Audrey) Slusarczyk, and the late Maryann (William) Frederisy. Proud grandmother of Debra (Keith) Glinski, Kimberly (Thomas) Thompson, Kristen (Michael) Nicklas and William Slusarczyk Jr. Dear great grandmother of Michael and Angelina Gerbas, Noelle Thompson, Robert and Lauren Nicklas. Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Helen was a member of Daughters of Isabella, General Pulaski Circle #859, AARP Chapter 3815 Calumet City and the St. Elizabeth Society. Funeral Service 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at Opyt Funeral Home, 13350 S. Baltimore Ave., Chicago, 11. to St. Florian Church for 10:00 a.m. Mass. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, 11. Visitation 2-8 p.m Monday. (773) 646-1133.

Dear Pat,
My thoughts and prayers are with you right now. I've lost both my parents in the past few years and I'm not sure it's getting any easier over time. I know my mom always thought lovingly of your mom, (the 2 Helens) and of you also. Take care.
