I knew Scott as a child and teenager. I am his Aunt by marriage and thought he was the sweetest and kindest child who was funny and enjoyed his life. He always made me laugh and grew up into a kind and caring man. I am so sad that he is no longer with us on the planet and send my regards and condolences to his immediate and extended family. I send you love always, and wishes for peace and comfort. Lee Ballard Kelly

Ballard Family,
So sad to hear of Scott´s passing. As a fellow old man hockey player and referee, I came to enjoy Scott as a warm, friendly and gregarious fellow. May he Rest In Peace and his family get comfort knowing he was one of the good guys you meet in life. God Bless and may we one day meet again.

I am so sorry to hear of Scott´s passing. Our family first made his acquaintance when he was our son´s hockey coach at Tam O´Shanter. I will always remember him as a kind and encouraging coach. Later we became to know him and Lisa on a social basis. He always had a smile and a gentle demeanor that made you feel comfortable and like a friend whom you had known forever. God bless him. Lisa, our prayers are with you and your children. Peace.

Leslie, I am so sorry to hear about Scott. I remember him well running around the pool & tennis courts at Fairlawn Swim & Tennis Club. At Firestone HS I'd see him in the gym and pool. Scott's family is in our thoughts and prayers.
