Mrs. Ora
Mrs. Ora M. Mathis, 69, of Toledo, passed away Monday, August 8, 2016, in her home with the Lord and Savior as her witness. She was a graduate of the Jesup W. Scott High School and received an Associate Degree from the Stautzenberger College becoming a State of Ohio Certified Nurses Assistant.
She is survived by sons, Edward of Toledo and Joseph (Bridgett) Mathis of Atlanta, GA; daughter, Lontina Jefferson; 7 grand and 9 great-grandchildren; brother, Ricky Hudson; sisters, Vernice Wortham, Cathy (Almos) Saine of Little Rock, AR, Jessie (Jeffrey) Holloway and Lois Garth.
Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. Monday, August 15, 2016, at The C. Brown Funeral, Inc. Chapel, 1629 Nebraska Avenue 43607. A Family Hour/Wake will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 16, 2016, with Funeral Services at 11 a.m. at the Family MB Church, 1002 W. Bancroft Avenue 43606. The Reverend Charles McBee, Pastor and Officiant.
