Otto Harold Hammond, Jr., 49, of Toledo, passed away September 4th at his place of residence.
He was survived by his children, Otto Hammond III, Jeff (Courtney) Hammond, Cierra Hammond, and Christopher Hammond; his sisters, Christine (Jonathan) Kraft and Sarah (Brannon) Rocap; and his brother, Michael (Amanda) Hammond. He was preceded in death by his parents, Garnet Peace and Otto Hammond, Sr. and sister, Michelle Jewell.
Otto's wishes were to be cremated; the family will be holding a private memorial.
