HOFFMANN Pamela K. Pamela K. Hoffmann, age 53, of Perrysburg, OH, passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2011 at Bay Park Community Hospital, Oregon, OH. She was born on June 22, 1958 in Bowling Green, OH to Ray and Evelyn (Henry) Bowen. Pam married Matthew Hoffmann on November 22, 1985 in Perrysburg, OH and he survives. For 11 years she worked at Sprouse Insurance Agency, Genoa, OH specializing in Farm Owners Policies. For 35 years Pam worked for various insurance agencies throughout the area. Her memberships included: Zion United Methodist Church, Luckey, OH, former choir member, Luckey Couples Class, Professional Insurance Agents Association and received Designations: CISR and CPIW. In her spare time you found her cheering on her children at their wrestling, football, soccer and track games. She participated in Cactus Kids 4 H Club and worked as a partner along side her husband in the family farm operations. Pam is survived by her husband, Matt; sons, Adam (fiancée Chelsea Fitch) Hoffmann, Seth (Charlotte Shaffer) Hoffmann; daughter, Cassie Hoffmann; grandson, Caleb Hoffmann; mother, Evelyn Bowen; brother, Scott (Barbara) Bowen; sister, Ronda Williams all of Perrysburg, OH and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Ray Bowen and niece, Stacie Bowen. Family and friends will be received on Thursday, December 29, 2011 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. at the Marsh Funeral Home, 4094 St., Rt. 105 Pemberville, OH with funeral services being conducted on Friday, December 30, 2011 at 11 a.m. Officiating will be Rev. Ernest Sampson. Interment will be in New Belleville Ridge Cemetery, Dowling, OH. There will be a bereavement luncheon served at Zion United Methodist Church, Luckey, OH immediately following the cemetery committal services. Considerations for memorial contributions are: Zion United Methodist Church, Eastwood Community Athletic Program (CAP) or the Donor's Choice.
