There was never a kinder and more influential man as Phil Gaines. I went to his school and worked for him. He was always A wonderful person to talk to and always interested in what you had to say. He called me 5 years ago when I had some health issues and we had a wonderful conversation, I will always remember his concern. Phil was well loved! Rest in peace!
