Rick Simon Obituary
Rick W. Simon, 70, of Hudson, MI., and formerly of Toledo, passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at his home.
He was born March 27, 1952, in Toledo to Earl S. and Dorothy Mae (Brunner) Simon.
Rick retired from Jeep after 40+ years, He was a former member of Point Place United Church of Christ and a member of the N.R.A. He loved camping and dogs.
He was a devoted husband to wife, Susan who precedes him in death. Surviving are children, Paul (Felecia) Simon, Brandy (Jennifer) Simon, Phil (Peggy) Lazette, Linda (Joe) Good, and Lisa Horn; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren; sisters, Beverly Thompson, Amy Abbott, and Mindy (Terry) Brann; many nieces and nephews; and his dog, Baily. He was also preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Cindy Krueger.
A memorial visitation will be from 3:00-5:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at David R. Jasin-Hoening Funeral Home, 5300 N. Summit St., Toledo 43611, with "Open Mic Night" beginning at 5:00 p.m.
