GREUNKE Robert Ernest Robert Ernest Greunke, age 92, of Toledo died Tuesday, February 24, 2009, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. He was born in Toledo on December 31, 1916, to William A. and Elizabeth Graening Greunke. Bob was a graduate of Scott High School. He married Gladys Marie Revill on March 6, 1940. Bob was also an active member of Bay View Yacht Club for over 50 years. He enjoyed his boat and fishing on Lake Erie, playing cards and visiting with his friends. Bob loved traveling world wide with his wife and had many exciting adventures. Bob is survived by his loving wife, Gladys; children, Martin (Bonnie) Greunke, Susie (Dennis) DiSalle, Laraine (Jeffrey) Hardy and Carol (William) Herebic; 14 grandchildren and 20 great- grandchildren. family and friends of Mr. Greunke ~ some people are unforgettable... except when you've lost contact with them. we were neighbors for many years on Penn Road ... ALL my memories are pleasant of this wonderful couple! Mr. Greunke was kind and gentle, even when dealing with difficult neighborhood situations. Kindness is a great legacy to leave this world.
