Robert Christopher
Robert Christopher Simoni, 50, died unexpectedly at The
Toledo Hospital on February 23, 2017.
Chris, whose life was not a success by “normal” standards, was the kindest, most generous person you could meet. Always intellectually curious and gifted, he was a definite slacker in high school but passed five college level credit courses based just on his own readings before he was admitted to Antioch
College. He was someone who helped others without complaint, and was an adventurous cook. He also had a wonderfully wicked, frequently political sense of humor.
Chris is survived by his mother, Kathryn Bowman Simoni, who will miss his sense of humor and his cooking; his aunt, Charlotte Ingles (James); uncles, John
McIntyre (Sandra) and Frederick McIntyre; and several cousins.
Per his request, there will be no funeral service. Memorial donations can be made to Paws and Whiskers Cat Shelter, 32 Hillwyck Dr., Toledo, OH 43615-5814.

I am so very sorry to hear of this devastating loss. I have fond memories of Chris, Deb, and I in Ludington when we were young. However, I know the humor was not appreciated by all! Prayers for peace and comfort, may He ease your pain.
