To the family:
I am terribly sorry to hear of your loss. Shocked! I have fond memeories of Roger and the time we spent together since grade school. My prayers are with all of you, God Bless.

Roger, Roger, Roger
You were my best friend in school.
My best man at my (first) wedding.
We shared all the crazy times as boys and then young men. For so many people just live their lives day by day, some of my best days were with you. As I sat and looked trough 25 fives years of pictures of you, and all my family at my moms house, camping, concerts, the beach, you have that smile in everyone that only you have, that's what always made me feel great to have you as a friend, no matter what life was doing to me.
Love
Your friend

Dearest Aunt Ruby, Mark and Johnny,
I keep thinking about how close we were so many years ago. I always had so much fun at your home...the ice rink, the pool, babysitting after Johnny's birth. You, Dear Aunt, demonstrated your affection every time I visited. You were always a model of sophistication for me. I have never forgotten your kindnesses to me, or the wonderful, memorable bridal shower you hosted for me.
My heart is with you all at this time. I pray that in time your grief may be eased by memories of more peaceful times shared with Roger.
