So sorry for your loss. I worked with Roger at ETFC and he was a great character!! We could always count on him to bring humor and a genuine heart for others to the workplace:)

I worked with Rodger on a grant project to beautify and clean the East side neighborhoods for one year at the East Toledo family center he was my mentor my teacher my friend my supervisor my philosophical equal.....peace and Thank you, Roger Dodger

Oh my nooooo I loved Roger he was like a father figure to me bc he help with me soo much at the family center I will miss him he lived up the alley from my mom and I miss hearing his motorcycle rolling up from his rides
