SCALLY Roger J. Jr. Roger J. Scally Jr., 47, passed away unexpectedly on February 27, 2012 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. He was born in Toledo on December 17, 1964. Roger attended Central Catholic High School and was a graduate of Start High School class of 1983. Our Brother Roger was also known as "Rog the Dodge" and always brought a smile to those that truly knew him. He was a man that would give the shirt off of his back to help anyone in need. He knew no strangers. Whether it was his infectious laugh or his trademark saying "YEAAAH", he could always get people to smile. Roger was preceded in death by his parents, Joanne (Pero) and Roger Scally Sr. He is survived by his 9 siblings, Mary (Mike) Wisniewski, Theresa (Bill) Sutcliffe, Diane (Dennis) Light, Maureen (Mike) Mazur, Sue (Mike) Monroe, Trish Blair, Charlie (Carol) Scally, Howard (Jennifer) Scally, Jennifer (Kyle) Henkle, and many nieces and nephews. His family wishes to extend their sincere gratitude for the special care that Roger received at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. Friends are invited to visit after 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at Blessed Sacrament Church where a Memorial Mass will begin at 12:00 noon. Interment will be private. Mary and family,

So sad to hear about cousin Roger. I could not make the funeral today, so was not able to personally say my condolences. I was thinking up you as recently as Saturday Mary, as I was at Uncle Bob Hinkle's funeral. Jim Hinkle's wife Caroline, reminded me of you as I talked to her. Love you all.
