KWIATKOWSKI Sally K. Sally K. Kwiatkowski, age 92, passed away on Wednesday, October 6, 2010, at Toledo Hospital. She was born on December 13, 1917, to Frank and Agnes (Paluszak) Burzynki in Toledo. Sally was a lifelong member of the former St. Anthony Church and the Confraternity of St. Anthony and St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. She enjoyed crocheting, cooking, baking and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Sally was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles of 56 years; and her parents; and brothers, John and Daniel; and by her sisters, Helen Orzechowski and Alice Burzynski. She will be dearly missed by her children, Patrick (Janice), David (Betty), Timothy (Sandra) Kwiatkowski and Linda (Frank) Bobroski; sister, Eleanor Stolarski; 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and by numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends may visit at the W.K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy., on Friday from 2-8pm, with a Recitation of the Rosary at 4pm. Funeral Services will be Held Directly at St. Hyacinth Church, (720 Parkside Blvd.) Saturday October 9, 2010 with visiting at church starting after 9:30am followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery. The family would like to thank the Staff at the Franciscan Care Center and the Toledo Hospital for all of their care and support.
