Sally A.
Sally A. Plicinski, age 75 of Rossford, OH passed away on Friday, December 9, 2016 at Heartland of Oregon where she had been a resident since March. Sally was born on June 7, 1941, in Rossford to Frank and Angela (Zuchowski) Szychowski. Sally was a 1958 graduate of Rossford High School. She married J. Patrick Plicinski on June 24, 1961 and together they raised 4 children. Sally was a lifelong member of All Saints Catholic Church (formerly St. Mary Magdalene). She was an Avon Representative for 40 years. She was very devoted to her faith and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who above all else enjoyed spending time with her family.
Surviving are her sons, Gary (Teresita) and Anthony (Leslie) Plicinski; grandchildren, Zachary and Hope Fitzsimmons and Juliette Plicinski; sister, Marcia Harrington; brother, Leonard Szychowski; brother in-law, Michael (Carole) Plicinski. Also surviving are nieces and nephews.
Sally was preceded in death by her husband J. Patrick Plicinski on Nov. 14, 2014; son, Steven; daughter, Angela Fitzsimmons; sister, Joan Tucholski and son-in-law, Dale Fitzsimmons
Family and friends may visit at the Sujkowski Funeral Home of Rossford, 830 Lime City Rd. on Monday, December 12, 2016 from 2 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at All Saints Catholic Church at 10 a.m., where the family will greet guests beginning at 9 a.m. Interment will follow at Ft. Meigs Cemetery in Perrysburg. The family suggests contributions in Sally's memory be directed to All Saints Catholic Church. To leave online expressions of sympathy please visit

So very sorry to hear of the passing of your wonderful mom. We grew up together on Bergin Street and your grandmother's house was a haven for us all...the Bergin Street Gang. It just seems too soon to lose a wonderful person like Sally.
