Sharon Lee Harrison

Sharon Lee Harrison, age 79, of Oregon, went to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at the Gardens of St. Francis. Sharon was born in Toledo, Ohio, to Donald and Helen (Wolcott) Crandall on March 20, 1945. She was a graduate of Olney High School and went on to complete her Bachelors and Masters of Education from the University of Toledo. Sharon worked at all of the elementary schools in the City of Oregon before retiring from Jerusalem Elementary in 2012 after 30+ years.

Sharon and her husband Barry were devout Christians. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoyed going to church and bible study, spending time at the pool, and reading. Sharon was also very crafty and loved making her classroom fun and inviting for her students each year. She especially loved the Christmas.

Sharon is survived by her children, Brenton (Andrea) Harrison, Nicole (Ryan) Clark, and Matthew (Shelly) Harrison; grandchildren, Celene (Ben) Hahn, Samuel (Emily) Harrison, Reagan (Wyatt Evans) Clark, and Rylee Clark; great-grandchildren, Rory, Noelle, Nora, Annie and two more on the way; sister, Kathy (Russell) Bodi; brother-in-law, Woody Carroll; along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Barry; and sister, Beth Carroll.

Friends may visit Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Road, Oregon, Ohio, on Friday, June 14, 2024, form 4 until 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Graveside services will be held Saturday at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park at 10 a.m.
