Suzanne VEDDER

VEDDER Suzanne Suzanne Vedder, age 88, passed away Monday, August 2nd, 2010 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. She was born February 14th, 1922 to Richard and Rose (Schoen) Miller in Kansas City, Missouri. Suzanne and her late husband, Neal Vedder, who was employed in the insurance industry moved to Toledo in the 1950's. They enjoyed traveling, spending time in Europe, as well as other countries. Suzanne was an artist, enjoying oil painting. She was also a member of Christ Presbyterian Church. Suzanne loved the outdoors and looked forward to working in her yard. As a survivor of cancer, she proudly volunteered with the American Cancer Society to offer her support and assistance to those going through some difficult times with cancer. In addition to her parents, Suzanne was preceded in death by her dear husband of 58 years, Neal D. Vedder and sister, Louise Miller Hart. She is survived by her daughter, Sharyl (George) Kaitsa of Powell, OH and son, Neil D. (Norma) Vedder, III of Bishop, CA; grandson, Corey Urbanski.
