Teddy Wallace Obituary

Teddy Wallace, 73, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully on September 18. He was a devoted husband, father, and hardworking provider whose life was defined by love for his family and dedication to his trade.
Teddy is survived by his beloved wife, Nancy; and their children, Christopher (Christian), Kim Johnson (Wes), Adam (Trisha), Benjamin, and Matthew. He was a proud grandfather to Casey Elder (Davion) and Lexi Wallace; and he leaves behind many nieces and nephews who cherished him.
He was born on October 18, 1952, in Toledo, to Edwin and Maria (Uran) Wallace. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, Angelo (Mary), Edwin Jr. (Geraldine), Mario (Mary), and Maria Lena (Dave). He is survived by his brothers, Anthony (Pauline) and John Carlo (Charmaine).
Teddy's family was his greatest pride. He poured his strength and heart into ensuring they were cared for.
He built his career as a skilled boilermaker with Local 85, where his strong work ethic and natural leadership shone. Though he was not one to speak his feelings, his devotion was evident in his actions and sacrifices. He had a gift for storytelling, and his humor and tales could fill any room with laughter, leaving lasting memories with all who met him.
Family and friends are invited to honor Teddy's life at a memorial service on Saturday, September 27, at 12:30 p.m., at Toledo Memorial Park.
He will be deeply missed, and his legacy will live on in the love, strength, and values he instilled in his family.
