Terry King Obituary
06/17/1949 - 03/08/2024
Terry L. King, resident of Toledo, OH, passed away on March 8, 2024 at age 74. Beloved husband of Janie King. Adored father of Bob (Tonya) King and Jeff (Lisa) King. Treasured grandpa of Bobby, Alex, Kris (Erica), Benjamin, Megan, Sammie (Nolan), Zach, Brandon, JJ and Tyler. Terry also leaves behind four great grandchildren. Brother of Cindy, Joni, Bobby Lynn and Mike.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Keith.
Terry graduated from Macomber High School in 1967. He went on to be a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local #6/33. Terry was a Freemason with Rubicon Lodge #237. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling and golfing. Terry will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Kingston Rehabilitation Facility in Perrysburg for their time and care.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Terry's honor.
A memorial gathering will take place on Thursday, March 14, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., with a service immediately following, at 7:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home – Southwest Chapel 4752 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo, OH 43614.

It was an honor to get to know Terry and Janie during his time at Kingston Rehabilitation of Perrysburg. He had a dry sense of humor and was able to keep us on our toes. Prayers and hugs to you and your family!!!

Was sorry to hear of Terry´s passing. Worked with him at East Side sheet metal, we also played soft ball together for some bar on Arlington, and Sheet Metal Workers. He worked hard, he played hard, he was good at both
