Theresa Huber Obituary
Theresa M.
Theresa M. Huber, age 84, of Toledo, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2017 in The Toledo Hospital. She was born September 14, 1932 to Leroy and Helen (Rowan) Makley in Toledo. After graduating from St. Ursula Academy, she married Carl Huber on September 24, 1955 in St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Theresa baked cookies and breads for 26 years at La Petit Gourmet. She was full of life, making the best of each day and will be remembered as being loving, caring and fun. Although Theresa enjoyed crocheting, knitting, camping, traveling, and boating on Lake Erie and visiting different wineries, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Theresa is survived by her sons, Douglas (Sandy)
Huber and David (Debbie) Huber; sister, Eleanor Paterson; grandsons, David Huber Jr., Brandon Huber and Jeffrey (Amber) Siefke; former granddaughter-in-law and special friend, Jennifer
Huber; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl; and brothers, Gerald and Leroy Makley.
Friends and family are invited to gather at Urbanski Funeral Home, a Life Celebration Home, 5055 Secor Road, Toledo, (419) 475-5055 on Thursday, February 9, 2017 from 2 until 8 p.m.
Funeral Services will take place at Noon on Friday with interment following at Toledo Memorial Park.
