Theresa Langenderfer Obituary
Theresa Langenderfer passed away peacefully on December 1, 2025, after a brief battle with cancer. A lifetime Toledoan, she graduated from St. Ursula Academy in 1953, attended the Davis Business College, and began working for the Social Security Administration from 1954-57. She married John Langenderfer in 1956, and began raising a family of six children. In 1977, she began working for Sr. Nancy Westmeyer at the Dioceses of Toledo. In 1978, she began a 31-year career working at the Medical College of Ohio, in the Physician Assistant Graduate Program. It was a career she greatly enjoyed.
She was predeceased by her husband, John; daughter, Carol; and son, Martin. She is survived by her daughter, Beth LeConey; and sons, Michael, Mark and Matthew. She is also survived by her brother, Albert Puccetti; and sister, Joann Braatz. Theresa is the proud grandmother of 9, and great-grandmother of 5.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 21, from 2:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m., at Coyle Funeral Home, 1770 S. Reynolds Rd., Toledo.
Additional visitation will begin at St. Joan of Arc Parish, 5856 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo, on Monday, December 22, at 10:00 a.m., followed immediately by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery, 5725 Hill Ave, Toledo.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the charity of your choice.
