Timothy A.
Timothy A. McCormick, age 58, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on January 18, 2017. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on February 9, 1958, to David and Betty (Sharp) McCormack. Tim graduated from Rogers High School.
Tim worked as a production worker for L.O.F. Then he worked for Shrader Tire and Oil as a mechanic, and seasonally he worked as a laborer for J. A. Morrin Construction. He enjoyed working out at the YMCA, being with family and friends and helping them with various projects. Tim was also actively involved in the Toledo Bible Temple.
Tim is preceded in death by his father, David H. McCormick and his son, Eric Alan McCormick. Left behind to cherish his memory are his mother and stepfather, Betty (Ken) Hanes; brothers, John (Teri) McCormick, and Kenny McCormick; sister, Lori (David) Benschoter; numerous nieces and nephews, and other family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 21, 2017 from 2-8 p.m., with a memorial service at 7 p.m. at the Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home, 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd at Byrne Rd in Toledo. Pastor Donald Brewer will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests for donations to be made to the Bible Temple located at 3327 Airport Hwy., Toledo, Ohio 43609. To the family of Tim~ So sorry for your loss. I worked with him many years ago At Shrader Tire & Oil. Tim was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was fun-loving, a hard worker, dedicated & always so very polite. He had a mega-watt smile & infectious laugh. Great memories of a really good guy! Wishing all of you really great & fun memories that last a lifetime. Thoughts & Prayers.

Uncle Tim, you will be missed. I'll remember most how encouraging you were every childhood Christmas where I would screech on my viola for 20 minutes for the family's enjoyment. I was terrible, but you always cheered the loudest. Rest in peace. Kristin, Chris, and Ezra
