Bill was preceded in death by his parents; older sisters, Patrica (Pat) Reganall, Mickey (Helen) Miller; and brother in-law, Jeffrey "Jeff" Detwiler; nephews, John Miller Jr. and Troy Reganall.

He is survived by his sister, Joan E Detwiler, who served as his guardian since November 2022. An estranged son, Brian McNally; a granddaughter and grandson; brothers in-law, John Miller, Dean Reganall; nieces, Jennifer Jimenez-Miller, Wendy Reganall Arnold, Dawn Detwiler Monnette, Erica Detwiler Suto-Kaiser, Malissa Detwiler Richter (Goddaughter) and Jeanine Detwiler Sondergeld.

So sad to hear about Bill's death. We were best friends/brothers that lost touch over the years. My condolences go out to Joan and all of his family. He was a great guy and lots of great memories. He will be missed. RIP Bill.
