Carolyn "Oma" Steinmann EWING TWP. - Carolyn " Oma " Steinmann, age 86, of Ewing Twp., died Wednesday, March 19th, 2014 in the St. Joseph's Care Facility after a lengthy illness surrounded by her loving family. Born in Holland the Netherlands, Oma, as she was lovingly called, by family and friends, lived here most of her life. Carolyn had worked as a Bus Driver for Stires Inc., for the Ewing Twp. Board of Education. Daughter of the late Jtrek and Dora Wouters Reitsma, and wife of the late John "Opa" Steinmann, she is survived by 2 sons and daughters- in- law, Mayor Bert Steinmann and wife Chris of Ewing Twp., and John and Pam Steinmann of Yardley, a daughter and son- in- law Dorothea " Dot " and Richard Prunetti of Ewing Twp., 10 grandchildren, Melissa and spouse John, Nico, Jeremy and spouse Amanda, Sharon, Michelle, Thomas and spouse Carrie, Susan and spouse Cody, and Willie and fianc Alyssa, Andrew, and Amanda, 7 great grandchildren, Travis, Ethan, Xavier, Max, Sophia, Rocco, and Bridget, and several nieces and nephews. Church Services will be held Monday, March 24, 2014, at 11 a.m. in the Ewing Presbyterian Church Scotch Road Ewing Twp. Relatives and friends are invited to offer condolence's from 9:30am till time of the services at the church. Private Cremation was held. The Cremains will be entombed in the Ewing Church Cemetery Mausoleum privately. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Arc Mercer, 180 Ewingville Rd. Ewing, NJ 08638.
