Kim:

It has been many years.

I'll remember Dave fondly.

Saw Dave's notice while I was reading that of my dear brother and friend Richard.

We drifted apart but I'll never forget the warmth and good times that Rich, Debbie, Dave, and yourself were kind enough to share with me.

It's as if I was a member of the family.

May God look after the Neeley sisters Debbie and Kim.

With love and great respect

Kim and Family, I just learned today, after all these months, that dear beautiful Dave is no longer here with us physically. But we know he is still with us in every other sense! No one has ever shown, so openly, such caring, compassion and love for life and others! In January 2015, on a chilly day-trip to Manhattan, Dave suggested to me in a Facebook post that I warm up at Legends- a great tip from someone who knew NYC so well! "Isn't that a cool bar?" he wrote on my post about The Campbell Apartment. It didn't surprise me that he had been to Legends and The Campbell Apartment - he had such good taste! Dave could always recommend good music too, and openly shared his love for the Eagles, the Grateful Dead and so many other of my favorite bands. I will think of him when I hear their music now - always. In love and with thoughts and prayers - wishing you strength in the knowledge that Dave was loved by and will be missed by so many! We are all better for knowing Dave! Sincerely, Veronica Hinke, Chicago Please let me know if you need anything.
