Edan Jones Obituary
Born in Trenton, NJ, Edan was educated in the Trenton Public School system. He was previously employed by Central Jersey Waste, Clean Tex, and Success Barber Shop.
Edan is predeceased by his parents, Lucille Jones and Stanley Derry Sr.; Grandparents Mammie & Eddie Grave; uncles, Wallace and Clifton Graves, Robert and William A. Derry; Aunts, Ella Graves, Patricia Graves-Staley, Carolyn Derry; Brothers Stanley Derry Jr. and Darrell Warren, Brother-n-law Karl Keith Young Sr.; Nephews Karl Keith Jr. & Keyaan Young, Jason Gilchrist, Thomas Barnes, Donny Derry Sr., Dajon Rush, Anthony Garvin; Niece Jasmine Derry; and Great-great niece Ja'Kara Robinson. Is survived by his children, Siani, Samiya, and Zakai Jones; a life-long companion, Sophia Stanley; his sisters Annette Jones, Sharon Alfred (Paul), Sheila McDonald, Debra Perry, all of Trenton and Jacqueline Hicks of Willingboro; Brother, Timothy Jones (Lynn) of Virginia, Bryan Derry of Trenton, Dwayne Derry (Tweet) of Florida, Terus (Karen) and Darius Silas of Trenton NJ; Uncles, Percy Jr. (Justine), and Carl Derry of Trenton; Aunts Dorothy McCoy and Barbara Derry of Trenton NJ; 20 nieces, 14 nephews, 33 great-nieces and nephews, 4 great-great nieces and nephews; Special Nieces, Kara Ingram, Shameisa Jones, and Keyonia Young; Special cousin Karshawn Batie; and Special Crew "609 Wild Out Wheelie Boyz ".
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 12noon at Galilee Baptist Church, 440 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Trenton, NJ 08618.
Interment will be in Ewing Cemetery Ewing, NJ.
Calling hours will be Saturday from 10am to 12noon at the church.
Arrangements are by Campbell Funeral Chapel Trenton, NJ.
