John Polyak Obituary
Born in Trenton and a lifelong area resident, John was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War and retired as a plastics chemist from National Metalizing.
Predeceased by his parents, John and Anna Gero Polyak, siblings, George and Robert Polyak and Doris Soboczynski, and wife Helen Wonn Polyak, he is survived by his son, Andrew Polyak and partner Kevin Jeske of Tennessee; a daughter, Diane Polyak of Hamilton, a granddaughter, C'Oni; two sisters-in-law, Barbara and Betty Polyak of the Trenton area; and several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, October 10, at 9:30 a.m. at St. Raphael's Church. Calling hours are Wednesday, October 9, from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Thursday from 8:15 to 9 a.m. at the Hartmann Memorial Home, 2830 Nottingham Way. Private cremation will follow with burial in Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery at a later date.

Jack moved in and brightened all of our lives at The Clare, although his time with us was brief we were all so happy to know, love and care for "Happy Jack".
