Joyce Vaupel Obituary
Hermitage - age 78 of Hermitage, passed away on October 30, 2018. She was born on September 14, 1940 in Nashville to the late Marshall & Annie (Walker) Guthrie. Joyce graduated from Antioch High School and was a Dental assistant for over 30 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Juanita Proctor. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, William E. Vaupel, Hermitage; sons; Scott (Yvonne) Vaupel, Nashville & Kirk (Linda) Vaupel of Christiana; Grandchildren, Scott (Beth) Vaupel, Jr., Amanda Vaupel, Cale Vaupel & Ally Vaupel; great-grandchildren, Jase Vaupel & Kendall Vaupel; several nieces and nephews. There will be a Gathering of family and friends from 5p.m. until 8 p.m. On Friday, November 2, 2018. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 3, 2018, with visitation one hour prior, from the Chapel of Mount Olivet Funeral Home, entombment to follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
