Lamar,
I miss you so terribly. Me and my childhood friends laugh about how you used to mess with us so bad and had us cracking up at ourselves! You taught me how to drive when we would go to empty parking lots and you would let me sit on your lap and steer the car. You also taught me how to drive a 5-speed also! I remember always looking up to you and I still do. Even when daddy was unable to walk me down the aisle, you were right there, nothing could stop you from walking me down the aisle that day!! I'm glad to know that you and daddy are together and that we will all be together some day in eternity. I'm still numb. I miss you and I love you Big Bro!

My Deepest Condolences go out to the Mrs.Crawford, and siblings, and to his Wife and Children, August and Shautese. I remember attending the Beautiful Wedding of Lamar and Marquita. Lamar was a good father and a humble man. I remember seeing him at the hospital with August never leaving her side. The Lord takes care of all who love Him. To the family of Lamar Crawford:
It was so sad to hear of his passing as he was a part of the 'crew' from Rutherford Ave. He was always funny, lovable to be around and so many other memories of him that will live on in our hearts. He was a very kind & caring man who would always have a smile on his face. I know that the fellas will definitely miss their 'brother' because whenever you saw one, you saw the other...Rest in peace old friend. You will NEVER be forgotten. May God be with all of you and we will say a special prayer for the family. Take care.

The Lord said its time to come home and join his army of soldiers and he went. There are so many words that I could use to describe my son-in-law, Lamar, but two words come to my mind and they are "Dependable and Caring". My thoughts and prayers go out to all of the family especially his children who he was always #1 in thier lives. Sadly missed, Mom and Charles

God saw him getting tired, a cure was not meant to be.
He wrapped him in his loving arms and whispered "COME WITH ME".
He suffered much in silence, his spirit did not bend.
He faced his pain with courage, until the very end.
He tried hard to stay with us, his fight was not in vain.
God took him to his loving home and freed him from the pain.
With deepest sympathy,
