I miss Nancy(Dr. Yaegar) so much. I have yet to find someone to talk to who has all of Her intelligence and insight. I always looked forward to our sessions and just don´t know if anyone can ever fill her shoes. She was important to me and I truly miss her warmth and smiling face every time we would meet. A memory of Nancy: Well she was the best therapist I ever had and helped me through life! I remember things she told me when times get rough. I also remember that she believed when she found a penny she said that they were "Pennies from Heaven". Every time I find a penny on the ground I feel like she is saying hi and has a hand on my back. I miss her so much.

I am so sad to just find out that a beautiful soul has left this earth. I moved away 3 years ago, but Nancy was so special I still thought of her often along with her advice and help. Here I am looking up to see how she's doing and I am truly Saddened to find out she has departed. I am glad to see so many people thought of her so well just like I did. Thank you for everything you helped me with Nancy.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. I truly miss Nancy's compassion, friendship, and advice. I often ask myself: what would Nancy say if I approached her with this situation. She always knew what to say and how to untie the knots of my confusions. I miss her . May she rest in peace. Keep sending me those pennies from heaven Nancy.

I am deeply saddened and heartbroken over Dr. Yaeger’s passing. I knew Dr. Yaeger for close to a decade. She was genuinely one of the best people I knew, and one of the greatest influences I had the honor of having in my life. Dr. Yaeger got me through some of the worst periods of my life, and I will forever be grateful to her.

I just found out about the passing of Dr. Yaeger and would like to express my deepest sympathy to her family and friends. I was a patient of Dr. Yaeger's for 8 years. She was the consumate professional. She was everything and more in what I looked for in a psychologist. Knowledgeable, supportive and ready to call me out on things when the need arose. I liked and respected her immensely and am so saddened by her passing. I will miss her. Angela Jones

Nancy was the most understanding, friendly, amazing, psychologist I've ever had. She had a way of being your closest friend with the best advice and yet being extremely professional. I attribute my well being to the 4 years I"ve been working with her. I'd go into her office with many complicated situations with family and or friends. and she somehow untied the knot and helped me to face life with positivity and self confidence. She is irreplaceable and will be sorely missed. Rest in peace Nancy and God bless you.

Nancy was the best neighbor a person could wish for. We were neighbors for many years and I will miss her smiling face and our conversations over our shared fence. She was always someone to be relied upon and could be counted on for sage advice and a helping hand. We had many talks about our gardens and shared back lawn as we watched "our" backyard tree grow from a sapling to its soaring height over the roofline. We both loved feeding the local birds and Nancy always knew what type of bird was visiting. I'll always miss her and will remember her always.

Nancy and Mary Lee were my first friends. We lived on opposite sides of Pennington Road and our mothers were friends. My heart goes out to Dr. Yeager, MaryLee, Jay and Nancy's family. Too young.

I knew Nancy in school. Nancy was a very good person. After her and I talked about post hurricane/disaster volunteering she decided to help. She said it was very fulfilling to help so many people. Nancy you did good work here. You pain is over now. We miss you and we'll meet again one day. Till then rest in peace my friend.

We have had the pleasure of being 2 doors down from "Miss Nancy", for what is now decades. Whether exchanging foodie favorites, enjoying the forest creatures together, marveling at the night sky, and laughing like sisters, we will miss her presence dearly. Her delight dwells in our hearts forever. Susan, Sherril & Sam.

I was sad to learn that Nancy had passed. She always try and connect when she would travel through Maine. Whenever we would talk it was like no time had passed. I will miss my kindergarten pal.
