Willie James Bacon TAMPA FL. - Willie James Bacon, 52 of Tampa, FL departed this life on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 from injuries sustained in a hit and run accident. Born in Trenton, NJ, Willie was educated in the Trenton Public Schools. He completed his education at Crescent City High school and Crescent City VoTech School. Predeceased by his grandparents, Hazel and Albert Bacon and David Gasque; 2 aunts and 3 uncles, Wanda Worthy, Carl Oxendine, Robin Lois and Mack Arthur Brown. He is survived by a son, Sinclaire Dewayne Anderson; a daughter, Marquita Bacon; one grandchild; his parents, Willie J. Bacon, Sr. and Harriet Elaine Jones; grandmother, LaVinia Gasque, his ex-wife, Barbara Bacon; a brother, David Lawrence Bacon; 2 sisters, Annette Bacon and Paulette Bacon (Rockaby); aunts and uncles, Renee Robinson, Elizabeth “Missy” and Jerry Hamilton, Lois Gonzales, Julie and Melvin Oxendine, Mildred Bacon, Marie “Ann” Ozendine, Ronald Eugene Briggs, Ira Bacon, Horace, Gloria and Harriet Bacon, Jr., Emanuel and Rose Bacon and Peter Bacon and a host of nieces including two special nieces, Shirelle Lavinia Bacon-Jones and Shantelle Lorél Bacon-Jones, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be Thursday at 11am at Friendship Baptist Church 111 Perry St. Trenton, NJ. Interment will be in Colonial Memorial Park, Hamilton. Calling hours will be Thursday from 9am to 11am at the church. Arrangements are by Campbell Funeral Chapel, Trenton.
