Dear Sue, Judy, and Slattery family,
Memories of your Mom and our growing up as neighbors, flooded my mind and heart as I remembered such wonderful childhood times we shared! THEY WERE TRULY THE Good Old Days, as neighbors bunched together for backyard carnivals,freeze tag, baloney sandwiches and chips on paper plates, and outside fun! Backyards and woods were our playgrounds, and neighbors loved each other kids and watched over them as their own! Your Mom,"Mrs. Slattery" was one of the best people who will be remembered as one of the loving moms on our little block of West Sheridan Ave! Such a pleasure our families grew up together! Just had to send my love and sorrow on hearing the news! The memories will be forever ours! Take care! Alisa Kosik Haney

Mothers are special to all of us and her passing is probably the hardest thing we must suffer in our lifetime. I am sure she will be missed by many, especially her family. We will be thinking of you. Emi and Babe
