Harriet E. Pearce

1942 - 2018

Harriet E. Pearce, 76, DuBois, passed away Thursday, Feb. 15, 2018 at the DuBois Nursing Home.
Born Feb. 10, 1942, in Brockport, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Rhodora (Saulsgiver) Dolby.
Harriet graduated from Ridgway High School. She was employed by Brockway Glass, a daycare, and for Pearce's Janitorial Services. She was a member of Brockway Church of God. Harriet enjoyed attending Chat and Sew Quilt Club, spending time with her family, as well as bowling in various leagues.
Harriet is survived by two children, Sherry White and her companion, Steven Furness, and Joseph Pearce, all of DuBois; four grandchildren, Dakota and Destiny Gasbarre and Addison and Travis White; a great-grandchild, Gage Lewis; three sisters, Doris Pearce, Brockport, Patty Carver, Indiana, Pa., and Diane Peterson, Warren, Pa., as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Linda Pearce.
Friends and family will be received Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018 from 11 a.m.- 12 p.m. at the Adamson Funeral Chapel, Inc. A Service of Remembrance will follow the visitation at noon at the funeral chapel with Rev. David Nagele officiating.
