I worked with Jeanie for more than 20 years. Her personality and laughter was one of a kind! I will forever treasure my memories working with her. It is hard to believe she is gone, but my memories of her and the old maple avenue maternity will be with me forever. My most sincere condolences to her family which she loved immensely and talked about lovingly.

Dear Jeanies family, Jeanie held me close when I lost my little Lawren who was born way too early, then 2 very complicated pregnancies resulting in 2 tiny premies( Marissa and Johns) there she was again with her nursing expertise and her loving compassion. The entire Ob staff was wonderful and losing one of them makes my heart sad but the memories so special. You have my loving sympathy, Linda Ferraraccio

Jeanie was one of the best OB nurses that I have ever known. She was a patient advocate and always , ALWAYS put her patient first.
When my great grand children were born at DRMC, I felt very comfortable that she was there. The last time that I saw Jeanie was at Biggies (Meat Market) . Sykesville. She said, "Well isn't this appropriate, eating is a priority". We belonged to the generation that we celebrated accomplishments with going out to eat, and she was always ready. I know that she and Florence are feasting behind those pearly gates. You will be missed.

Jeannie both went to school (class of '67) and worked with my Mom over the years. Thoughts and prayers go out to your family.

So sorry to hear of Jeannie´s passing. Such a funny, larger than life person. I remember her sitting with me in the ER when I was a little girl during my oldest brothers´ many trips there after crashing his bike or getting hurt playing football. She always made me laugh. She was always a big supporter of my youth ministry work, and of St. Catherine´s youth group. There was no one like her. Sending love and strength to Missy and the rest of the family. Eternal peace to Jeannie, and get ready heaven for the time of your life!

Jean was a super funny, smart, good lady. Thanks for all the laughs.
When I had my baby she held her, kissed her on the lips, said she was beautiful. I will never forget that. (1986)

To one of the best who touched my life in a very positive way. I will always remember her fondly for our friendly exchange "Hey, Old Lady!" and she would retort "Hey Old Man!" Yes, my friend, I'll see you on the other side.
