Gavin Michael Thompson, 5, of Liberty Borough, was called home to be with our Lord in Christ the 26th of November, 2010. Gavin was born November 14, 2005, in Monroeville and was the son of John Anthony Thompson and Sherrin Lynne Kuzel Thompson of Liberty Borough. In addition to his parents, he is survived by brothers Brandon Timothy Thompson, Connor John-Anthony Thompson and Andrew Kadyn Thompson; a sister, Britney Nicole Thompson at home; grandparents John F. Kuzel of White Oak, Helen Cooke of Alabama, Howard Thompson of Florida and Valerie Dryer Thompson of Elrama; and aunts and uncles Helene (Tim) Estep and Carl (Dawn) Kuzel of White Oak and Brian Thompson of Elrama. Friends are welcome Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 8 p.m. in the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 6028 Smithfield St., Boston, Elizabeth Township. Blessing service will be Thursday, December 2, 2010, at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Gerald S. Mikinos officiating. Interment will follow in the Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Township.
