Casey Hill Obituary

Casey (Schneider) Hill, 34, of Trafford, died Friday, June 27, 2014, at Forbes Regional Hospital. She was born Sept. 17, 1979, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of David and (Mary) Kay Flinn Schneider. Casey was previously employed by McDonald's Corporation as a restaurant manager. She was a graduate of Bethel Park High School, class of 1997, where she was a member of the high school band and later, a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, class of 2002, with a bachelor's degree in human resources. She was a sorority member of Theta Phi Alpha. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her beloved husband of three years, Tim Hill; daughter, Emma Rose; stepchildren, Ryan Hill, of Harrisburg, and Lauren Hill, of Trafford; brother, Josh Schneider and his wife, Tara, of McDonald; maternal grandmother, Sally A. Flinn; mother and father-in-law, Ray and Nancy Hill, of Greensburg; nieces and nephews, Lila, Sam and Nora; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Friends were received Monday at the JAMES W. SHIRLEY FUNERAL HOME, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon. A funeral service was held Tuesday in the funeral home chapel. Memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House in Pittsburgh in memory of Casey. http://www.shirleyfuneralhome.com.
