Carlo Teodori, 89, of Lawrence, died Monday, April 24, 2006. Beloved husband of Mildred; loving father of Carol Teodori and Terrance (JoAnn) Teodori; grandfather of Christy, Rob and Ben Hartlage, Nina Restivo, Eve Hanlon, Angela Layton, Carrie Mizia, Jennifer Growall, Joseph and Nicholas Teodori; great-grandfather of Mariah, Michael, Rebecca, Sarah and Samuel Layton, August, Francis and Paul Mizia, Joseph, Elsie, Henry and Beatrice Growall, Cullen, Jonah and Tate Hanlon, Lila, Dulcie and Miles Hartlage and Louis Wright; brother of Annie Castelli, Pete Teodori, Robert Ciccola and the late Adelia Lipri and Angelina Teodori. Mr. Teodori was a real estate developer who built Donaldson's Crossroads Shopping Center, was managing partner of Park Manor Land Co., was a former member of the board of directors of Canonsburg Hospital, was owner of Skyview Nursing Home, developer of Georgetown Estates and various properties along the Parkway. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Thomas More Church. Entombment in Notre Dame Mausoleum, Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
