Eleanore Warmus Obituary

Eleanore Warmus, 76, of Etna, died Monday, Dec. 1, 2003, at her home. She was born in Sharpsburg Jan. 15, 1927, a daughter of the late John and Stella Pakuszewski Echnat. Mrs. Warmus was a member of St. John Cantius Catholic Church and Rosary Society, The Elizabeth Society, Oakland and the Polish National Alliance. She is survived by her husband, Henry A. Warmus; three children, Anthony Warmus, Mariann Tunder and John Warmus; five grandchildren; a sister, Florence Stanko; a brother, Edward Echnat; and a niece, Wilma Pakuszewski. Friends received from 2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the WORRELL FUNERAL HOME, corner of Main and 9th streets, Sharpsburg. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, time later, in St. John Cantius Church, corner of 6th and High streets, Sharpsburg. Interment will follow in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Shaler. Memorial contributions may be made to the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth, 285 Bellevue Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15229-2195.
