Georgia E. Abersold

Georgia Elizabeth Abersold, 100, of Butler County, formerly of Ross, died Sunday, July 30, 2006, in UPMC Passavant Cranberry. She was born in Marietta, Ohio, on Dec. 25, 1905, the daughter of the late Rev. James R. and Clara Taylor Finch. She was a charter member of the Ross Community Presbyterian Church, formerly the Mellwood United Presbyterian Church. She was manager and co-owner, with her husband, of Charles E. Abersold Heating and Air Conditioning. Surviving are two sons and one daughter. Her husband, Charles E. Abersold, preceded her in death. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the MCDONALD-AEBERLI FUNERAL HOME INC., 238 Crowe Ave., Mars. Service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in St. Paul Cemetery, Reserve.
