To Uncle Gene and all of my cousins. My heartfelt condolences on the passing of your wife/mother.

Aunt Mel was my Godmother and I have many happy memories of the times that we spent in each other's company at family get-togethers and when I would visit after I became an adult.

My most recalled memory was of her chocolate cookies. I always wished that I had the recipe but never remembered to ask for it.

I understand your grief and sense of loss having recently experienced the same thing myself. I console myself with the thought that my Mom is with her parents and the siblings and loved ones who have gone before her.

I'll never forget Aunt Mel and I will always remembeer her in my prayers.

We'll always remember our friend "Blue Hair". The parties won't be the same, especially the 4th of July. We love you and we'll miss you.
