Dear Michelle, You are a wonderful person and a great doctor. I am sending you and your family my deepest sympathy for the loss of your loved one. My heart is broken on the loss of Dr. Guarlotti. He was much more than a dentist. He was one special guy who loved his family, his staff, his job and LIFE! He was always smiling and made his patients feel comfortable...he will be missed by many. I'm sure he is dancing with the angels and reuniting with his heavenly family. My sincere sympathy to Donna and the rest of the family....we mourn but celebrate his wonderful life! May he rest in peace.

Rizzo's is the favorite Italian Restaurant for both of our families. Doctor Guarlotti and I went to High School together; he was several years ahead of me, but I remember him being good friends with Don Bailey, a mutual friend. We often talked about both Rizzo's and about High School memories.
Doctor Guarlotti also LOVED music, and he would sing as he worked, Italian songs, Country music, etc. Patsy Cline songs were playing, and I told him that my sister, Cathi Rhodes, is a Patsy Cline Tribute Artist; he said he wanted me to let him and his staff know the next time she would be singing at the Palace Theatre in Greensburg. I DID let him know, and I HOPE that he and his staff went, I am not sure if they did. Cathi and I BOTH LOVED HIM SO MUCH -- he was her Dentist, too.
We LOVED him! He was the kindest, sweetest, loving family man! I LOVED all of the pictures of his family that were everywhere in all the rooms of his office. I admired him for the LOVE he had for everyone!

I was one of your 1st patients and we have been family friends ever since. Our children and all the Oldie´s Dances are just a few of the great memories from over the many many years. You were beloved to all who ever knew you Clem, but so sadly taken away from everyone too soon, we are all left with broken hearts.
