Donna M. Hartge

Donna M. Hartge, 72, of Mt. Pleasant, died Monday, Nov. 13, 2023, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Hartge was born Oct. 3, 1951, in Wilkinsburg, to the late Howard J. "Irish" and Helen A. Rudolf Love. Donna was a graduate of Gateway High School, Class of 1970. She worked at Walmart in Mt. Pleasant as a cashier for many years. She loved to play cards and going out to eat with her friends. Donna was a hard worker who was dedicated to her family and was a social butterfly. Donna is survived by her loving family: her husband, Henry G. Hartge; and her children, David G. Hartge and Laurie M. Highlands (Rich). Donna is also survived by her siblings, Frank A. Love (Jeannine), Kathy A. Schwartz (Edward) and Howard J. Love (Karen); her nephews and niece, Daniel Love, Michael Schwartz (Michelle), Joseph Schwartz (Sara) and Allison Love; her many close friends; and by her faithful canine companion, Bell. Family and friends will be received from 1 to 6 p.m., the hour of her funeral service, Thursday at GALONE-CARUSO FUNERAL HOME, 204 Eagle St., Mt. Pleasant.
