Donna J. Mediate

Donna Jean Mediate, 79, of North Huntingdon, died Thursday, Aug. 22, 2024, at her home. Donna was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church and worked as a hairdresser for nearly 60 years. She loved the beach, visiting the casino and playing bingo, cooking and baking, and, most especially, spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her family was her life. Donna was preceded in death by her mother, Hazel (Wilt) Dedo; and brother, Bud Watkins. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Joseph Mediate; her sons, Joseph Mediate (Stephanie) and Marc Mediate (Heather); and her grandchildren, Jacob, Caitlin, Camryn, and Owen. She is also survived by her sister, Jackie Montgomery (Bill); and her nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 6 p.m., on Sunday, Aug. 25, 2024, at the OTT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 805 Pennsylvania Ave., Irwin. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, Aug. 26, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in North Huntingdon. Mass attendees should go directly to the church.
