Fiona Dahar

Fiona Dahar, 57, of Greensburg, died Sunday, Oct. 28, 2001, in Westmoreland Regional Hospital, Greensburg. She was born July 15, 1944, in Wheeling, W.Va., a daughter of Patsy Iadanza of Dillonvale, Ohio and the late Sarah Iadanza. She was a member of St. Vincent Basilica. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a brother, Angelo Iadanza. In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband, Dr. Philip J. Dahar; her children, Nicholas and wife, Jinan Dahar, of Forest Hills, Sara A. Dahar of Pittsburgh and Matthew P. Dahar at home; a granddaughter, Alexis Dahar; two brothers, John and Romeo Iadanza, both of Dillonvale, Ohio; and a sister, Rita Papadimitriou of Wheeling, W.Va. There will be no viewing. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. in St. Vincent Basilica, Latrobe, with Archabbott Douglas Nowicki as celebrant (EVERYONE PLEASE GO DIRECTLY TO THE CHURCH). The family will receive friends at St. Vincent Grove following the Mass. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes memorial donations to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, 1620 Murray Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15213. The KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME, Greensburg, in charge of the arrangements.
