I was lucky to get to know Jim and Shirley through my husband Denny Ellis. Jim and Denny worked at the Greensburg State Police barracks together for many years. We became good friends and spent some quality time together. You have my sincere condolences. Always, Helen

Jim;s life of service preceded USN and PSP. In early Cold War days when radar coverage was limited, Jim was in the Ground Observer Corps, ensuring that no enemy aircraft could elude our air defenses. Jim was effective. No Russian aircraft ever bombed Greensburg. When we were young, we were friends and classmates. I will miss his memory. May your proud and loving memories of Jim live even beyond your years. Please accept my condolences at this sad time.
