Mark Schropp Obituary

Mark S. Schropp, 68, of South Greensburg, passed away Sunday, June 22, 2025. He was born Sept. 24, 1956, a son of the late Charles and Norma J. Love Schropp. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ricky Schropp. Mark leaves behind his wife, Sue; three sons, Chad (Lisa) of Crozet, VA, Matthew (Angela) of Greensburg, and Michael of Arlington, VA; three grandkids, Jackson, Maura, and Ava; two brothers, Chuck (Carol) and David; and two sisters, Kellie (Kevin) and Sandy. He also leaves behind his "bonus" family; Colton, Grant, and Lori, and of course, his loyal and favorite furry friends, Buddy and Charlie. Mark requested no visitation or service. Instead, his family will celebrate him with his favorite things - a driveway party, a toasty fire, and good food and drinks with family and friends. We love you and will miss you! In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Dogtopia Foundation, 131 Donohoe Road, Greensburg, PA 15601. Mark's family has entrusted his care to the Pantalone Funeral Home Inc., Greensburg. For online condolences, visit us at pantalone.com. Natale N. Pantalone, supervisor.

My deepest sympathy to the family. I knew Mark many years ago at WCVFD. He was a good guy.
