Patricia F. Hawk

Patricia Faye (Bickerstaff) Hawk, 84, of Irwin, died Tuesday, May 10, 2022, in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital. She was born July 29, 1937, in Irwin, a daughter of the late Faye Carmack and Clarence Bickerstaff. She graduated from Irwin High School in 1956. She worked briefly at the Pittsburgh Reflector in Irwin and later at the Rodger's Funeral Home. She had married Phil Hawk in July 1965. She has two sons, Philip and James Hawk. She was preceded in death by her parents; and by her husband, Phil Hawk (2019), her son, Philip (2016), and a brother Paul Bickerstaff (2017). She was a member of the North Irwin Junior Woman's Club; member of the Irwin First United Methodist Church; and had been an active member of the choir with her mother and sister, Connie Bickerstaff. She is survived by her son, James Hawk; brothers, Wayne (Marjorie) and Dale (Cecelia), and sister, Connie Bickerstaff; and nephews, Stephen, Edgar and Dean, and nieces, Michelle, April and Linda Bickerstaff. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the OTT FUNERAL HOME, 805 Pennsylvania Ave., Irwin. A funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday at the OTT FUNERAL HOME INC.
